Can you clean my yard while my dog is outside?
Our team would love to give your dog a belly rub while we service the property; however, if your pup isn’t friendly or makes it harder for us to do our job, we kindly ask that they remain indoors until we’ve finished our services

How do you locate all the poop?
Our technicians will walk the entire surface area of your yard, twice. When there’s snow on the ground, Poop piles often cause indentations, slightly discolored patches, or melted spots in the snow. Our technicians are trained to find these disruptions in the snow.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, if you are unhappy with our services, we will come back to your location within 24 hours for an fresh scoop at no additional charge.
How much do you charge?
Recurring services begin at $15 per scoop. Many factors determine pricing such as number of dogs, size of yard, time since last service, etc. To understand your unique cost get a quote.
Do I need to sign a contract for service?
No, you can start and stop services at anytime with no penalty. However, if 30 days go by since your last cleaning, we will need to treat your next cleaning as a first-time service because dop poop piles up.
How do you dispose of the pet waste?
Any bagged pet waste will be removed from your property and disposed of.
Can I request a certain day and time?
To keep our operations smooth, we can not offer unique days and times. However, you will receive automated text alerts about when a technician will be visiting your yard that week.
Do I need to be home?
No, but if your yard is locked behind a gate, please provide access or unlock the gate that day. If the gate is locked on your scheduled service day, you will still be charged 50% of the service fee, and our team will automatically reschedule the service.
What if I need to skip a service?
No problem, you can easily cancel a service up to 24 hours in advance.
Will you visit during bad weather or a snow storm?
During rain or snow storms, we will reschedule your visit for the safety of our technicians; however, we will be back on the road as soon as it is safe to do so.
